How often should I have my rugs cleaned?
Depending on how your rug is used, i.e. is it near entryways or if you have pets or children who may leave their marks, we recommend that you have your area rugs cleaned once or twice every 2 years to ensure maximum life and satisfaction. Having your rugs cleaned often ensures maximum health benefit.
Can pet stains be completely removed?
We bring all area rugs to our cleaning facility, where they can be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed; they have a great chance of successful stain and odor removal. In very rarely cases pet stains can not be completely removed.
What are your Hours of Business?
We are open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday and from 12:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. (And we’re closed on Sundays and all statutory holidays).
